  • High Voltage Switching Systems

    HXV Series - Cytec Corp.

HXV products are high voltage systems intened for Hi-pot / IR or High voltage switching. They can be configured to drive from 32 to 128 switch points per chassis and can be configured as multiplexer (1xN) or Matrix (NxM) configurations. Stand HXV chassis are used for signals up to 5000 VAC rms ( 7400 V peak ) and can carry up to 5 amps of current. Custom systems can be built up to 25KV. Most of the modules used in these systems are 1xN multiplexers or 2x4 matrix modules that can be combined to form larger multiplexers or matrices. Connector options for standard HXV include 5 way banaba jacks / binding posts, Shrouded Banana Jacks or SHV ( High voltage BNC) if you need to use a high voltage cable with a grounded shield for safety applications. Control options include 10/100BaseT Ethernet LAN, RS232, GPIB or optional manual control. Standard HXV systems use high voltage reed relays. Custom HXV systems up to 25KV use application specific relays and connectors from a variety of vendors based on required specifications.

  • DC Parametric Test System with Curve Trace

    DC3 - Hilevel Technology, Inc.

The wafer has been fully tested, cut and packaged. Today's IC manufacturers are finding tremendous cost savings in performing just fast DC tests on these packaged parts rather than running the full wafer tests all over again. Until now this required either an expensive full-power IC tester, or a "rack-n-stack" collection of instruments. Enter the HILEVEL DC3 Co-Optive Parametric Tester. No more instruments, no switching matrix, no tricky software. The DC3 combines a high-precision DC-PMU and internal DUT supplies to test up to 2,048 pins, all in a single chassis with Multi-Site capability up to 64 sites. And every DC3 includes our Classic Curve Trace feature, allowing easy curve tracing on every pin.

  • OTP-Based Test System

    LXinstruments GmbH

Power electronics assemblies often cannot be tested using conventional technology for their electrical performance. Due to the adaptability of the instrumentation, the OTP concept offers an ideal platform even beyond the space requirements of several control cabinets. In order to achieve high test flexibility with different assemblies, the system was equipped with three-phase AC sources and AC loads as well as a precise three-phase power meter. DC sources and loads with different current and voltage ranges cover the test of frequent DUT operating parameters. Time-dependent voltage or current signals can be stimulated by an arbitrary generator with power amplifier. General measurements such as current, voltage, frequency, resistance can be carried out flexibly at various test points using the matrix concept. An oscilloscope with RF multiplexer is available for high-frequency measurements such as residual ripple, switching processes, etc.

  • ASA240

    Electron Plus

The ASA240 Analog Signature Analyser will assist you in testing, diagnosing and troubleshooting printed circuit boards without powering them (known as ‘power-off testing’).Connected via USB to a compatible PC running our own free software, with the ASA240 you can easily capture, measure and compare known good signatures (from your ‘golden’ board) with signatures from your suspect board. The built-in gate/bias generator (+/-10V, 100ohm source impedance) can be used to help test active components such as SCR’s, opto-couplers, small relays, TRIAC’s etc. An external dual footswitch can be connected to the ASA200 and can be user configured to control various functions. The built switching matrix (40 x 2) is easily configured from the software and maybe used with adaptors (such as DIP or SO) to speed up testing of boards, or maybe connected to a ‘bed-of-nails’ to facilitate rapid testing of boards in production. With the ASA240 we set out to bring the incredibly powerful technique of Analog Signature Analysis to engineers and repair shops at an affordable price.
